Project Description

Our client Arcare, one of Australia’s largest aged care providers, was seeking national publicity for its award-winning relationship-focused approach to aged care, under which seniors in homes are cared for by only the same two to three carers, with whom they can develop close relationships. We stripped away the jargon, and generated media-interest by explaining the initiative as a simple rostering reforming, bringing enormous health benefits to seniors. The story attracted national television, radio and online coverage.
